There are a few key steps to take before, during, and after your event to ensure a smooth experience with your booth.
Before Use
This one-time setup step ensures your iPad is locked down and ready for public use.
A quick and essential run-through to confirm your iPad is secure, your booth is ready, and your settings are in place before each event.
If someone else will be managing your booth on-site, check out our Booth Attendant Guide for setup tips and key points to communicate.
If another person or account needs access to your settings and license, make sure everything is shared and synced in advance.
During Use
If you're using brand moderation, keep an eye on the moderation queue so you can review and approve photos as needed.
Optional, but helpful!
โ
If participants aren't receiving their photos quickly, check the Offline Queue. A delay can be normal, and this tool helps confirm everything is saved to sync later.
After Use
Even if you had a solid WiFi connection, itโs best to review your Offline Queue after each event to make sure nothing is left unsent.
Send the client a link to the online gallery and deliver hard copies of the files for them to save offline too.
If you're on a plan that includes analytics, review key metrics post-event and share insights with your client if relevant.
