There are a few steps you will want to take before and after using your booth...

In person with the HALO app

Before your event

1. Prepare your iPad: this is a one-time step to make sure your iPad is ready for public use.

2. Pre Event Checklist: run through this checklist before each of your events to make sure your iPad is ready & secure.

During your event

1. Monitor your brand moderation queue if applicable.

2. Monitor your offline upload queue if participants aren't receiving their pictures quickly.

After your event

1. Check and, if necessary, empty your offline upload queue. We recommend checking this after every event, even if your WiFi was reliable!

Virtual with Virtual Booth

Before your event

1. Share Virtual Booth with participants.

2. Open your booth from your participant access panel.

During your event

1. Monitor your brand moderation queue if applicable.

2. Keep an eye on your credits. If you get low you can purchase more here.

After your event

1. Close your booth from your participant access panel.

After All Events

1. Share picture files and a gallery link with your client (optional).

2. View analytics and share with your client if applicable.
