The gallery page allows you to customize the appearance of the online page that participants view after receiving the link to their picture.
Settings are separated into different panels as described below. Get more detailed information about each panel at the links beneath the headers.
We recommend using a browser to customize these settings; the in-app gallery settings are limited to the basic settings in the first section.
Gallery Basics
You may have customized some of these when you first saved your gallery. You'll find a couple additional settings here.
Gallery Name
Participants will see the gallery title at the top of the gallery page. Your client may want a say in what this title says.
Hashtags
The hashtags you enter will post automatically to Facebook and X (formerly known as Twitter) when participants share from your gallery.
Color Theme
Adjust the font and background color for the gallery page. Use a hex code or our color picker.
Privacy
Choose between three options to determine whether or not participants can view all the pictures in the gallery.
If your gallery can be viewed publicly, participants will be prompted to opt in or opt out of posting their pictures publicly.
Fine Print
Add up to 255 characters of fine print to appear at the bottom of your gallery. HTML supported.
Brand Moderation
Available on the Select plan
Review pictures before they are sent to participants and before they appear in your gallery.

Enable or disable a Simple Booth logo that can appear as your gallery header.

Upload something custom to appear at the top of the gallery page, and link the images to any website.
Incorporate a gallery ad, which will be displayed intermittently between photos as participants scroll through the photos. Gallery ads will only display on public galleries and can work together with profile ads.
Profile Ads
Set up a public profile and enable profile ads in your gallery. Once your gallery has a certain number of photos, your profile ad will be displayed intermittently between photos as participants scroll through the photos.

Custom Sharing Options
Customizable sharing options available on the Plus, Pro, & Select plans. Lower tier plans have all sharing options enabled by default.
Allow participants to choose from all the social channels we support, or choose to hide the buttons for certain platforms.
Instagram Copy
Available on Pro & Select plans
Customize the email address and message that is sent together with the Instagram-ready file participants will receive.
Live Feed (Optional)
Display a real-time feed of the pictures in your (requires a decent WiFi connection!). Customize how many pictures appear, transition effects, and a color theme.
Live Feed Ads
Available on Plus, Pro, & Select plans
Upload full-screen advertisements that will play periodically during your feed.
Gallery Preview
Scroll to the top of the page and you will find a link to your gallery in order to see a preview!
