The Gallery page allows you to customize the look and feel of the online page participants visit after receiving their photo link.
Settings are organized into several panels as described below.
📍 We recommend using a web browser to make these edits, as in-app gallery settings are limited to just the basics.
You may have already set some of these options when first creating your gallery, but there are additional settings here worth reviewing.
Gallery Name: Appears at the top of the gallery page.
Hashtags: Automatically included in Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) shares from your gallery.
Color Theme: Set the font and background colors for the gallery page using a color picker or hex code. (Not available on Lite)
Privacy Settings: Choose between three levels of visibility.
If the gallery is public, participants will be prompted to opt in or out of having their photos displayed.
Fine Print: Add up to 255 characters of text (HTML supported) that will appear at the bottom of the gallery.

Review pictures before they are sent to participants and before they appear in your gallery.
Color Theme: Use a hex code or color picker to match your event.
Header Images:
Lite: A Simple Booth logo will be shown
Core & up: Enable or disable a Simple Booth logo
Plus, Pro & Select: Upload your own header image and link it to any website
Gallery Ads:
Plus, Pro & Select: Upload ads that appear between photos as participants scroll
Only display on public galleries
Can be used in tandem with Profile Ads
Profile Ads:
Create a public profile and display an ad that appears between photos once the gallery contains enough images.
Lite & Core: All sharing options are available by default
Plus, Pro & Select: Enable or disable buttons for specific social platforms

Customize the email address and message that sends with the Instagram-ready file participants receive.
Display a real-time slideshow of photos from your gallery ready for the big screen.

Live Feed Ads (Plus, Pro & Select plans): Upload full-screen ads that display periodically between photo sets.
