Moderation lets you review photos before they appear in your gallery. This gives you control over what’s shown and helps avoid anything inappropriate being uploaded.
⚠️ Brand moderation is only available on the Select plan ⚠️
Turn on Brand Moderation
You can enable moderation in your gallery settings:
Go to your Galleries page
Open the gallery you want to moderate
Find the Basic panel
Check the box for Brand Moderation
📍 Moderation must be turned on for each gallery individually
Moderating Your Gallery
Once enabled, a Moderate Photos button will appear on the right side of your gallery settings. This opens your moderation queue.
From there, you can:
Approve photos to upload them to your gallery
Delete photos to prevent them from appearing or being shared
📍 Deleted photos won’t be sent to participants
