All your account management tools can be found in one place for easy access.

Your account management page is broken down by the following categories.

Account Details

Adjust basic information like your name and region. Your account phone number cannot be updated at this time.

Account Settings

On Device Editing

On device editing is enabled by default and gives you access to make edits to your booth settings directly from the HALO app.

If you're a larger team with multiple teammates accessing the app, revoking access to on device editing can help avoid mixups with your settings. When on device editing is disabled, the only thing you can do in the HALO app is launch the preset.

Get more details about on device editing and other event management tips for teams here in our help center!

Default Gallery Privacy

Choose a default gallery privacy level, which will be selected by default every time you make a new gallery.

The default setting on new accounts is Public, so if you prefer to keep your galleries more private this is a handy thing to customize.

Public Profile

Your public profile is an optional tool that you can use to promote your company. When enabled, guests can access your profile through the online gallery from the event they attended.

Your profile will include a description of your company, a link to your website, and more!

Billing

Manage your subscription. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

Learn more about making changes to your subscription.

Tokens

Use our open API to transfer data collected through our data capture feature directly to your own server, CRM, or elsewhere.

Data capture is only available on the Pro and Select tier plans. Learn more here.

Photos

See photos that you've sent to the phone number linked to your account. In the future we hope to show the pictures you have emailed to yourself!
