Enabling Data Capture
📍 Data will not be collected unless Data Capture is enabled in advance.
Be sure to enable data capture from your Preset settings before your event starts and pictures are taken.
Supported Capture Fields
Pre-Set Fields
You can enable as many or as few of these default fields as needed:
Email
Phone number
First name
Last name
Postal code
Birthdate
Custom Fields (Select Plan Only)
Add up to 10 custom fields including your own legal terms.
Required checkboxes: must be checked to submit
Optional checkboxes: participants choose whether to agree or not
Text fields: open-ended response field
Terms & Policies: add your own Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy (supports unlimited text).
Accessing Your Data
All captured data is downloadable as a CSV file.
Navigate to your account’s Analytics page
Scroll to the Data Capture section (about halfway down)
Click the CSV download link to export your data
📍 If you suspect missing data, check that the app's offline queue has successfully uploaded.
