There are a few reasons why your iPad may not be able to find your printer. If you've confirmed that your printer is turned on and plugged in, set up correctly with your WiFi network (according to instructions you'll find in your printer's manual) and/or wireless print server, and that the iPad and printer are on the same WiFi network, follow these steps to troubleshoot.
First, open your Photos app and try to print a photo. If the printer does not show up in your Photos app as a printing option then Simple Booth will not be able to find it either.
Next, have the iPad forget the Wi-Fi network and add it back again. You will need your Wi-FI network name and password.
- Go into your iPad's settings app
- Go to General settings
- Choose Wi-Fi
- Select the network for the printer, then choose "Forget this network."
- Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network
Try to find the printer again from the Photos app. If you can find it, you will be able to see it in our app, too.
