Payment

Simple Booth accepts payment by credit card, ACH, or check. PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo are also supported.

Transit Time

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment or receipt of a purchase order. Transit time depends on the selected shipping speed, and tracking will be provided once your order is dispatched.


iPad Compatibility

HALO kits are not compatible with all iPad models.

πŸ“ If using your own iPad, check device compatibility before purchasing.


International Orders

International shipments may incur additional taxes or duties during customs clearance.


Activating Your Software

If your order includes software, your license will not automatically activate on your Simple Booth account.

πŸ“ After you sign up and verify your account, our Customer Success team will add your software license. Please do not submit a second software payment!


Returns

We accept returns, exchanges, and repairs for damaged or defective hardware within 30 days of purchase (some exceptions apply).
