Important information about placing orders with us.

Payment

Simple Booth accepts payment via credit card, ACH, or by check. We also support paying via PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo. If you need to submit a purchase order or set us up as a vendor, please email halo@simplebooth.com for more information.

We support ShopPay for customers in the US.

Transit Time

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days upon payment or receipt of a purchase order. Transit time varies based on selected shipping speed, with tracking provided upon dispatch.

iPad Compatibility

HALO kits are not compatible with all iPad models. If you are using your own iPad, please ensure its compatibility before making your purchase: What devices does HALO work with?

International Orders

International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties upon clearance through customs.

Activating Your Software

If your order includes software, please note that your software license will not automatically be activated on your Simple Booth account. When you sign up for and verify your account, please avoid making another software payment!

Our Customer Success team will connect with you to add your software license as soon as possible.

Returns

We generally accept returns, exchanges, and repairs for damaged or defective hardware products. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, with some exceptions. Please review our refund policy for details.
