Simple Booth cannot share participant information after your event is over if the feature was accidentally disabled.
Enabling Data Capture
Virtual Booth currently supports collecting email, phone number, first name, and last name on the Pro and Select plans.
Simply check off the fields you would like to collect from your Virtual Booth settings page.
Data capture on Virtual Booth is always required (participants cannot opt out if they want to add their picture).
Participant Experience
Once data capture fields are enabled, participants will be prompted to enter their information before they are able to use your booth.
Accessing Data
The data you collect will be available on your analytics page where you can download a CSV file.
