Bulk Download Options

There are a variety of ways to gain access to photos you have taken.

There are a few options to save the pictures taken on your account. The options available to you depend on which product you're using.

Camera Roll saving is not recommended for permanent installs as it can eat up your storage quickly, which can cause problems with the app.


Gallery Download

  1. Make sure your offline queue is empty.

  2. Visit your gallery settings, and open the gallery you would like to download from.

  3. Find download options on the right-hand side of the page. The available layouts are defined below.

  4. You'll receive an email with a download link. Click the link to save the files to your device.

Available Layouts

  • Layouts: The finished layouts as they appear in your online gallery.

  • Raw Frames: The individual frames of your layout, without any added effects like filters or your graphics.

  • GIF Frames: The individual frames of your GIF layout, including added effects like filters or your graphics.

GIF and raw frames are not available for download when green screen, props, or drawing is in use.


Camera Roll

Camera Roll saving must be enabled before you start taking pictures.

Any pictures taken when Camera Roll saving is disabled will not save to your Camera Roll.

Enabling Camera Roll Saving

  1. Visit your preset settings and open the preset you are working on.

  2. Scroll to the "Save Options" panel at the very end of your settings.

  3. Enable the saving methods you want to use. The available layouts are defined below.

  4. When you are done taking pictures, you will find them in your iPad photos app.

  • Individuals: The individual frames of your layout without any added effects.

Camera Roll Downloads

Your pictures are already saved to your iPad when Camera Roll saving is enabled. Still, most people ultimately want to transfer the pictures to a computer. Learn more here!


Dropbox

Dropbox saving must be enabled, and you must sync your account before you start taking pictures.

Any pictures taken when Dropbox saving is disabled will not save to your Camera Roll.

Enabling Dropbox Saving

  1. Visit your preset settings and open the preset you are working on.

  2. Scroll to the "Save Options" panel at the very end of the settings.

  3. Enable the saving methods you want to use. The available layouts are defined below.

  4. Sign into Dropbox from the app itself to sync your account. Pictures cannot save to Dropbox unless you complete this step.

  • Layouts: The finished layouts as they appear in your online gallery.

  • Individual Images: The individual frames of your layout without any added effects.

  • Formatted Sheets: These are designed for the purposes of re-printing. 4x6 and 5x7 available.
